As a Vetco Customer Service Team member, your role involves meeting your team at the local dispatch office and traveling to assigned Petco clinic locations to engage with pet parents. You will make knowledgeable service recommendations to best protect pets, assist veterinarians during treatments, and create positive experiences for every customer. This role demands a genuine love for animals, strong teamwork abilities, a customer-focused mindset, adaptability to changing environments, and a responsible approach to your duties.
