Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow cash handling procedures

Job Duties

  • Warmly greets guests and takes food and drink orders within 30 seconds
  • Accurately totals, processes, and collects payments using point-of-sale systems
  • Handles cash, credit, and debit transactions in compliance with company procedures
  • Demonstrates knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu and products
  • Makes recommendations based on guest preferences and potential food allergens
  • Provides excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport dining environment
  • Upholds safety, health, and cleanliness standards at all times
