Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours continuously
- flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and all shifts
- fluency in English
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of hospitality or food and beverage service is an asset
- confident and outgoing personality with a can-do approach
Job Duties
- greet guests promptly, courteously, and graciously with eye contact and a smile
- use OpenTable to take reservations and review the daily reservation book
- seat guests without reservations efficiently
- maintain complete working knowledge of menus, ingredients, and daily availability
- coordinate seating according to server station assignments, timing patterns, and workload capacity
- remember frequent guests' names and preferences to enhance personalized service
- ensure smooth dining room operations and excellent guest experiences
