Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Guest service experience is a plus
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
Ability to walk, stand and/or climb stairs constantly
Ability to work outdoors under variable weather conditions

Job Duties

Greet guests and scan event tickets upon entry to the venue using hand-held electronic scanners
Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity
Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest
Resolve or refer guest complaints or problems
Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas
