Job Requirements
- Ability to be on feet and walk long distances
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Proven experience in providing technical support for point-of-sale or similar systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including operating systems and office systems

- Proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and timely

Job Duties
- Provide level 1 and 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary
- Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
- Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during events
- Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events
- Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakage
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices
