Job Requirements

  • Ability to be on feet and walk long distances
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for point-of-sale or similar systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including operating systems and office systems

Job Duties

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary
  • Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
  • Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during events
  • Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events
  • Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakage
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices
