We are currently seeking a Venue Manager who will partner closely with the Restaurant General Manager to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This individual will play a pivotal role in cultivating a highly motivated and efficient team by providing engaging and effective training to associates. The Venue Manager will serve as a role model, demonstrating comprehensive operational knowledge and performance excellence, ensuring that all food and beverage areas function seamlessly. This position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a deep understanding of service standards within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
The Venue Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality service standards, ensuring that all guests receive professional and timely service. They will actively monitor daily operations, including setup and side work completion, to uphold exceptional cleanliness and organization within their department. Key responsibilities also include engaging directly with guests to secure a positive and memorable experience, facilitating daily pre-meal meetings, and conducting continuous service training for associates. By serving as an approachable leader and mentor, the Venue Manager encourages a culture of hospitality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
This role is well-suited for a dynamic individual with at least two years of experience in customer service and food and beverage industries. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about interacting with guests, excels in organizational and time management skills, and possesses strong knowledge of commonly used office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional guest recovery skills and telephone etiquette and maintain a positive attitude while adapting quickly to new software and operational changes. Dependability and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business demands are essential.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in customer service
- Minimum of two years experience in Food and Beverage
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Exceptional guest recovery skills
- Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Job Duties
- Assisting the Restaurant General Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality service standards
- Ensuring food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner
- Monitoring set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete
- Interacting with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
- attending daily pre-meal meetings
- Conducting ongoing service training of department associates and assisting in the completion of daily shift
- All other tasks and duties as assigned
