Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Two to three years of previous experience in the audio visual or hospitality industry
- Two years advanced audio and visual experience in a theatrical or live event environment
- Strong technical aptitude with AV equipment setup, strike and operation
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Customer focus and team player orientation
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, networking, IT device management, PC and Mac operations
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Keynote, and internet use
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily floor operation including set and strike equipment for each event as required
- Supervise non-union, union and contract labor to ensure all setup and strikes meet Pinnacle Live's standards
- Operate equipment in a live show setting as needed
- Greet guest and clients before events and provide instructions on equipment operation
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure event success
- Complete necessary flow sheets, schedules and purchase orders for equipment delivery and labor
- Manage venue inventory ensuring equipment is secure from theft and damage
- Ensure company security and safety measures are complied with and enforced
