Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality, entertainment, or event/venue sales

  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience leveraging social media for business development

Job Duties

  • Drive group sales, private event bookings, venue buy-outs, and catering sales
  • serve as the primary contact for all sales inquiries and client relationships
  • meet with clients to design and customize event packages and experiences
  • maintain and distribute banquet event orders (BEOs) to operational teams
  • lead weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure seamless event execution
  • represent the venue at local, regional, and national trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • collaborate with leadership to enhance offerings and continuously improve guest satisfaction
