Job Duties
- Drive group sales, private event bookings, venue buy-outs, and catering sales
- serve as the primary contact for all sales inquiries and client relationships
- meet with clients to design and customize event packages and experiences
- maintain and distribute banquet event orders (BEOs) to operational teams
- lead weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure seamless event execution
- represent the venue at local, regional, and national trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- collaborate with leadership to enhance offerings and continuously improve guest satisfaction
