With a deep commitment to service excellence, we continuously strive to cultivate a positive workplace where creativity thrives, and every team member has the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Our focus is on delivering exceptional catering and hospitality services that exceed client expectations while maintaining an innovative, client-centered approach that sets us apart in the hospitality industry.

The Venue & Event Producer for Orange County plays a pivotal role in supporting the Venue & Event Manager to achieve venue sales goals, manage event operations, and ensure seamless planning and execution of events held at a dedicated venue space. This is a fully onsite position based in Orange County, designed for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments. The role involves comprehensive event management responsibilities from contract to completion, including supporting daily venue operations, assisting with bookings, and delivering superior client service.

As a key member of the sales team, the Venue & Event Producer is both a strategic thinker and hands-on relationship builder. This leader embodies our core values—Collaboration, Trustworthiness, Dedication, and Service Excellence—applying professionalism, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality in every interaction. The ideal candidate will have superior interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and exceptional organizational abilities that allow them to juggle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

This role demands someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, or event coordination roles, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software. A college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must have a current California Food Handler’s card, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record to meet the logistical requirements of this position.

Offered as a full-time role with a pay range of $25–$27 per hour plus commission, this position invites candidates to be part of a growing team where success is measured by collective achievement and individual development. The company culture promotes learning and professional growth, backed by competitive benefits including group health coverage, paid vacation and sick time, holiday pay, and a 401k retirement plan. Join us if you are ready to elevate your career with a vibrant, employee-owned hospitality company focused on creating unmatched experiences for clients and meaningful opportunities for employees.
