Pro-MotionPix is a leading automotive photography company specializing in capturing high-quality images, 360-degree spins, and videos of dealership vehicles. With a footprint spanning California, Oregon, Nevada, and Idaho, Pro-MotionPix serves over 350 franchise dealerships, providing an essential service to automotive retailers who need to present their inventory in the most visually appealing and accurate manner possible. This automotive-focused company is currently seeking a part-time Automotive Inventory Photographer to operate within the Palm Springs, Cathedral City, and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility with a schedule of 2 to 3 days per week, working 6 to 8 hours each day, with overtime available as needed. The position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $24.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus per-vehicle photo payouts, providing an opportunity for contributors to increase their earnings based on performance and productivity.

As an Automotive Inventory Photographer at Pro-MotionPix, individuals will be responsible for capturing a comprehensive visual record of dealership vehicles intended for online listings. Using a company-issued iPhone and app to streamline the photography process, you will travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle. Responsibilities include taking detailed photos, 360-degree spins, and videos that highlight the vehicles’ features and condition to engage potential buyers effectively. This role is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working independently in an outdoor environment, taking pride in producing work that directly supports dealership sales performance and customer experience.

No prior photography experience is required, as paid training is provided to ensure you can confidently operate the provided equipment and software. You must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be self-motivated to maintain steady workflow and timely delivery of visual content. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential to fulfill the travel demands of the role. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

This role goes beyond photography by fostering collaboration with dealership staff to verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs), confirm vehicle staging and readiness, and maintain an efficient schedule that maximizes productivity. With company support including mileage reimbursement between dealership stops, a uniform shirt, and all necessary equipment, this position offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the automotive retail industry’s success through high-quality digital content.
