The role of Driveway Valet I is an entry-level position crucial to delivering a premium, frictionless customer experience in vehicle acquisition. It serves as the frontline touchpoint responsible for facilitating all vehicle pick-up and acquisition tasks within the assigned market area, covering both new and used vehicles. Valet I employees are expected to provide thorough vehicle inspections, assist customers through every step of the process, and maintain meticulous records while ensuring communication with team members and leadership remains clear and consistent. This position offers an hourly wage range from $19.25 to $28.85, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation. The Driveway Valet I engages closely with customers, using online valuation tools along with digital marketplace reports to offer accurate vehicle assessments and manage test drives or vehicle pick-ups smoothly. The role involves educating customers on the vehicle acquisition procedures, managing appointments, completing necessary paperwork including acquisition documents, and troubleshooting any concerns that may arise. Importantly, Valet I employees must maintain a notary commission and undergo intensive training to stay current with product knowledge across multiple automotive brands. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a notary commission

Job Duties
