At least one year of experience in a restaurant food and beverage role
Hotel experience preferred
Must be ABC liquor certified

Job Duties

Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers
Scan goods and collect payments
Ensure pricing is correct
Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy
Maintain knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations etiquette
Deliver food and beverages to guests
Prepping batched cocktails and store and pour shots
Run opening and closing procedures
Complete closing financial paperwork
Restock bar
Clean frozen cocktail machine
Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
