Job Requirements

- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours

- willingness to learn brand products and community culture

- availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create memorable experiences
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources
- assist in executing and maintaining visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in execution of loss prevention initiatives
- assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
