Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create memorable customer experiences
- Achieve sales and productivity goals utilizing all available resources
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist with loss prevention initiatives and overall store operational maintenance
