The position of Minibus or Van Driver at Goodwill Southern New England is a vital role focused on safely transporting individuals who receive services, trainees, or company personnel between various locations. The driver is entrusted with executing pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring passenger safety, assisting with mobility needs, and maintaining accurate records of transportation activities. Candidates in this role must possess a valid Connecticut Driver's License, commit to obtaining a Public Service License within 90 days, and be prepared to engage in ongoing training including physical and psychological management as well as CPR and First Aid certifications.
