Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a line cook
- Proficient basic cooking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Available to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Able to work independently
- Must work well under pressure
- Ability to follow leadership and recipe instructions
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
- Ability to produce consistent high-quality products
- 3 years previous line cook experience
- Familiarity with Mexican fine dining preferred
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes and directions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and report shortages to supervisors
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with plating and presentation of dishes
