Job Description

Park Inc is a leading event services company renowned for providing exceptional valet parking and hospitality services at high-profile events across the United States. Known for its commitment to quality and professionalism, Park Inc partners with various prestigious sporting and entertainment events to deliver seamless and memorable experiences for VIP guests and attendees. With a reputation for excellence, the company prides itself on recruiting dedicated, customer-focused team members who can thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Park Inc's involvement with major events reflects its status as a trusted leader in event hospitality services, consistently delivering top-tier service to both clients and patrons.

The 2026 Truist Championship at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC, presents an exciting opportunity to join Park Inc as a Valet Parking Attendant for one of the city’s most significant sporting events. This seasonal, hourly role offers a blend of high-energy customer service and operational responsibility during the tournament week from May 4 through May 10, 2026. Valet attendants will not only facilitate efficient vehicle management but also engage directly with VIP guests, including golf stars and top sponsors, ensuring each receives a world-class welcome and personalized service throughout the event. Attendants will work long shifts (10-12 hours per day) in a fast-moving environment, handling luxury vehicles with care and precision while maintaining a polished, professional appearance. The role requires stamina and agility as attendants will be on their feet, moving briskly to maintain smooth parking operations and uphold the tournament’s prestigious atmosphere.

Candidates for this role should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with the ability to handle both manual and automatic vehicles considered a significant advantage. The ideal valet attendant combines a friendly, guest-first attitude with the ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm professionalism. Park Inc values team-oriented individuals who can collaborate effectively with site supervisors and co-workers to keep the event flowing seamlessly. This job is more than just parking cars; it is about delivering an unforgettable experience at a high-stakes event, working alongside an elite team that represents the best in hospitality and customer service. Valet attendants can expect competitive compensation beginning at $15 per hour, including base pay and guaranteed tips, with opportunities to earn $25 or more per hour through exemplary service. Uniforms are provided, but attendants should bring black pants and comfortable shoes to handle the demands of the role.

Joining Park Inc at the Truist Championship is a chance to be part of a unique, thrilling event environment and build valuable connections within Charlotte’s vibrant hospitality and sporting communities. This role not only offers financial rewards but also an unforgettable experience working in a prestigious setting where professionalism, speed, and customer care are paramount. For dedicated workers with the stamina and enthusiasm to perform at their best throughout tournament week, this position offers one of the best seats in the house to witness the excitement and traditions of PGA TOUR golf firsthand.
