Job Duties

  • Maintain the body shop parking area to allow customers easy access to the body shop area
  • Park customer vehicles dropped off for repairs or estimates
  • Complete a check-in report for each vehicle dropped off for repairs
  • Document any old/unrelated damage on the vehicle
  • Document mileage and place a mirror tag and floor mat in each vehicle
  • Assist technicians in moving vehicles in and out of the shop area
  • Ensure all vehicles are secure and locked each night
  • Complete final checklist report on completed vehicles to ensure quality of repairs
  • Make management aware of any problems that arise on final inspection to ensure any problems are corrected prior to delivery of the vehicle to the customer
  • Deliver customer vehicles from parking lot to the cashier at time of pick up
  • Assist with pick up and delivery of vehicles when needed
  • Maintain a professional attitude with co-workers, customers, vendors
