We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated RV Valet\/Porter to join our service team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth movement and maintenance of RVs within our dealership and customer locations. The RV Valet\/Porter will be responsible for transporting RVs to and from the service and storage areas, conducting departure checks, and assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure that each vehicle is handled with care and any concerns are promptly addressed. Work hours for this role are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a balanced workweek. The pay range for this position is $21 to $22 per hour, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL preferred)
- Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently
Job Duties
- Move RVs in and out of the service and storage areas
- Complete storage departure checks including batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customer's departure from storage
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area
- Report any issues with RVs to the service manager
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly
