Job Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting heavy objects
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Availability to work weekends or holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently
Job Duties
- Washing and detailing of coaches both exterior and interior
- Complete storage departure checks including batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customer’s departure from storage
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area
- Work with the sales and service departments to deliver superior customer service
- Perform quality control checks on the exterior and interior of units
- Ensure all coaches meet high standards and perform spot checks on all work
- Keep coaches on the lot in show-ready condition
- Approve units for release to customer
