Previous experience in waste collection or maintenance preferred but not required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Physically capable of handling demanding work for extended periods

Job Duties

Collecting trash from apartments doorsteps and transporting to your truck then the onsite compactor or recycling area
Cleaning up and running the compactor
Communicating via Slack on a daily basis to ensure all assigned duties are completed
Responding in a timely manner to all issues or feedback to manager
