Job Duties
- Support the local supervisor in overseeing valet doorstep trash collection
- Perform nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties
- Cover shifts when team members are unavailable
- Conduct walk-throughs of properties to monitor service quality
- Provide courtesy check-ins with onsite team members
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Foster a clean and well-maintained community environment
