Job Duties
- support the local supervisor by ensuring valet doorstep trash collection is executed to the highest standard within the assigned territory
- perform nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties, especially when team members are unavailable for their shifts
- conduct thorough walk-throughs of properties facing service issues to monitor quality control
- provide courtesy check-ins with onsite team members to reinforce service commitment
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned properties
