Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age
- must have a valid driver’s license with an official motor vehicle record that meets the insurance carrier’s criteria
- must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
- demonstrate strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous manner
- exceptional customer service skills including a smile and welcoming attitude
- excellent grooming and body language
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- must have a valid California driver’s license
- must be willing to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be willing to undergo drug screening and motor vehicle record background check
- previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- previous related experience highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 6 months hospitality or related industry experience
- valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- ability to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous manner
- excellent grooming and body language to represent the Omni brand
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- ability to stand for prolonged periods during shifts
- previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- previous related experience highly preferred
Job Duties
- provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience for guests
- engage guests to provide superior guest service
- Ensure the valets are staged to maximize the guest experience
- Manage the traffic at the front of the hotel
- Supervise the valet and front drive staff
- Coordinate activity in the drive with Guest Service Agents for timely delivery of luggage and guest vehicles
- Conduct key audit with the valet team at the end of each shift
