Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some employers may prefer additional education in a related field
  • At least three years of experience in valet or transportation services
  • Minimum of one year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to be insured by the hospital’s risk management department

  • Supervise valet attendants at multiple hospital entrances
  • Ensure valet staff provide professional and caring customer service
  • Assign tasks and manage schedules for smooth daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety at valet areas
  • Train new staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Handle and resolve complaints from patients and visitors professionally
  • Maintain accurate parking logs and manage documentation
  • Coordinate with hospital departments
  • Investigate and report incidents and accidents involving valet services
