Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some employers may prefer additional education in a related field
- At least three years of experience in valet or transportation services
- Minimum of one year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to be insured by the hospital’s risk management department

Job Duties
- Supervise valet attendants at multiple hospital entrances
- Ensure valet staff provide professional and caring customer service
- Assign tasks and manage schedules for smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at valet areas
- Train new staff and conduct performance reviews
- Handle and resolve complaints from patients and visitors professionally
- Maintain accurate parking logs and manage documentation
- Coordinate with hospital departments
- Investigate and report incidents and accidents involving valet services
