Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Communicate effectively in English
- Maintain good personal hygiene and neat grooming
- Be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Provide proof of U.S. employment eligibility
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Customer service experience preferred, especially in hospitality or healthcare settings
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to operate both standard and manual transmission vehicles
Job Duties
- Supervise valet parking staff during evening and night shifts
- Ensure efficient and safe parking and retrieval of vehicles
- Maintain accurate logs of all vehicles and secure all keys
- Provide courteous assistance to patients and visitors including help with luggage and directions
- Address operational issues and resolve problems in real time
- Collaborate with management and other departments to support seamless operations
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and regulatory procedures
