Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferably within transportation or hospitality
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of valet and shuttle services including task assignment and performance monitoring
- Ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect and that their needs are met promptly
- Create and manage schedules for valet and shuttle drivers to maintain adequate staffing
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance valet and shuttle drivers skills
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures for employee and customer safety
- Identify and resolve problems during the evening shift such as vehicle accidents, traffic congestion, or customer complaints
- Maintain effective communication with all staff including valet and shuttle drivers, cashiers, and management
- Utilize computer systems to track vehicle movements, manage schedules, and generate reports
