We are seeking a dedicated Valet Supervisor to oversee and manage valet parking operations and shuttle services at designated facilities. The Valet Supervisor will ensure that all patrons receive superior service at all times. This role involves overseeing daily operations, assigning tasks to staff, monitoring performance, handling customer needs efficiently, and maintaining safety protocols. The Valet Supervisor will also coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate staffing, provide training to valet and shuttle drivers, and address operational challenges such as vehicle incidents or traffic congestion during shifts—typically during the evening. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to successfully managing this team-oriented role. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferably within transportation or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of valet and shuttle services including task assignment and performance monitoring
  • Ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect and that their needs are met promptly
  • Create and manage schedules for valet and shuttle drivers to maintain adequate staffing
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance valet and shuttle drivers skills
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures for employee and customer safety
  • Identify and resolve problems during the evening shift such as vehicle accidents, traffic congestion, or customer complaints
  • Maintain effective communication with all staff including valet and shuttle drivers, cashiers, and management
  • Utilize computer systems to track vehicle movements, manage schedules, and generate reports
