Job Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- ability to push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds
- ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- ability to speak clearly, write legibly, perform basic calculations and work well with other employees
- willingness to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- consistently arrive at work and on time
- ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent
- ability to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, write) with customers, co-workers and management
- possess a valid California state issued driver's license with current address and no restrictions
- possess an acceptable driving record with no at-fault accidents within the last seven years
- possess basic computer software knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- possess the ability to quickly grasp computer mainframe systems
- at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably valet
- basic mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages
- ability to work full-time, flexible shifts including weekends, holidays and overnight
- ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, occasionally lifting and moving up to 20 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- at least one year of previous supervisory experience preferably in valet
- previous valet supervisory experience a plus

Job Duties
- Ensure customers are receiving timely service
- assist with hiring, training and coaching an excellent valet team
- create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
- comply fully with the standard operating procedures while always ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys
- prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards
- ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean and clear of debris, water, oil spills
- create and implement a successful staging plan, utilizing all aspects of the location's layout to ensure maximum parking capacity
- handle, process and calculate revenue
- administer employee progressive disciplinary action
- substitute and fill-in for any position if and when necessary
