Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • Clean driving record for past 5 years
  • Valid, in-state, active driver’s license
  • At least two years of supervisory or management experience
  • Experience with valet services and vehicle driving
  • Ability to pass onboarding screenings
  • Flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to operate technology used in daily tasks
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and work outdoors in various weather
  • Clear communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to drive manual transmission preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience providing valet services and driving various vehicles
  • Proficient with technology such as laptops and tablets

Job Duties

  • Training, coaching, and development of team
  • Create and manage schedule of direct reports
  • Establish positive relationships with hospital staff and management
  • Assist team with daily valet services
  • Use customer service metrics to ensure superior experience
  • Demonstrate leadership and high customer service standards
  • Report and document incidents and accidents
