Job Requirements
- Must have previous computer skills including file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
- Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer issues, problems, or questions
- Provide a safe workplace that handles employee questions and concerns
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Carry a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
- Have a clean criminal background record
- Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Be flexible with availability
- Experience with valet parking and/or management experience
Job Duties
- Completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports
- Supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
- Maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
- Attending meetings and conferences regularly
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Ensuring employee compliance with safety and operational standards
- Overseeing effective communication between staff and management
