Job Requirements

  • Must have previous computer skills including file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
  • Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer issues, problems, or questions
  • Provide a safe workplace that handles employee questions and concerns

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Carry a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
  • Have a clean criminal background record
  • Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Be flexible with availability
  • Experience with valet parking and/or management experience

Job Duties

  • Completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports
  • Supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
  • Maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
  • Attending meetings and conferences regularly
  • Managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Ensuring employee compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Overseeing effective communication between staff and management
