The role of Valet Service Associate at Towne Park is designed for individuals who take pride in providing outstanding hospitality and service. As a Valet Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and pleasant parking experience for guests by promptly parking and retrieving vehicles while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about local attractions and services, managing guest check-in processes, explaining parking procedures, and handling cash transactions with accuracy.

Working outdoors in various weather conditions, the Valet Service Associate must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.   • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to perform parallel parking
