Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Compliance with Sanford driver qualification standards
- Meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to walk up to eight miles per day
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under stress
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience beneficial
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver��s license is required
- Must meet Sanford driver qualification standards for insurability
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors and walk long distances
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and provide customer care
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding front-line customer service
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors at valet entrances
- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and order of all valet entrance areas
- Assist healthcare staff with patient discharges including opening vehicle doors and loading belongings
- Provide directions and assist customers using handicapped services
- Transport non-emergent patients and visitors within a one-mile radius when required
