Job Requirements
- Must be able to run, walk, and stand for upwards of 8 hours
- Previous customer service experience
- Part-time availability including weekends
- Ability to follow hotel safety and security procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must wear complete and proper uniform including name tag and griffin pin
- Arrive at work clean shaven and with a professional haircut
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with the local area and directions to common destinations
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor throughout the shift
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and running for multiple hours
Job Duties
- Create a professional and welcoming atmosphere by posting up with proper posture in the motor lobby in view of guests
- Pause and engage each guest entering and exiting the hotel to create relationships by being curious and knowledgeable about their interest
- Extend a genuine welcome and gracious goodbye to each guest using their name
- Use proper verbiage with guests and follow all JW Marriott and AHC policies, procedures, and standards
- Pull and park cars swiftly while maintaining a cautious speed
- Assist guests with their luggage including loading, unloading, and escorting them to their room
- Provide an engaging orientation of the hotel and the surrounding area
