Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- two years of driving experience
- clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- prior hospitality or valet experience preferred
- ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry packages and boxes and luggage up to 100 lbs continuously throughout shift
- ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests, check-ins/outs, effectively resolve challenging guest requests and complaints
- lift, carry, load luggage onto bell cart, read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and escort guests to their rooms with their items
- park cars and ensure the front drive of hotel is guest ready at all times
- represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum including remaining calm and alert during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity
- attend all scheduled mandatory Guest Services Department meetings, trainings and hotel meetings
- perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned
