Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Two years of driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry or otherwise move packages and boxes and luggage up to 100 lbs. continuously throughout shift
  • Must be able to represent the company professionally, well-groomed and courteously at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality or valet experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak and understand English sufficiently
  • Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all guests, check-ins/outs, effectively resolve challenging guest requests and complaints
  • Lift, carry, load luggage onto bell cart, read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and escort guests to their rooms with their items
  • Park cars and ensure the front drive of hotel is guest ready at all times
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum including remaining calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity
  • Attend all scheduled mandatory Guest Services Department meetings, trainings and hotel meetings
  • Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned
