Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- ability to stand 100 percent of the shift and meet physical requirements including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds, and carrying up to 10 pounds
- flexible schedule based on business needs
- successfully pass a background and driving record check
- previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner
- explain prices and the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests
- open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage
- offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
- retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently
- maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards
- ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- support team members during busy periods or special events
- follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles
- report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately
- perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
- demonstrate impeccable grooming and a professional appearance
- exhibit a genuine desire to assist guests, going above and beyond to exceed expectations
