Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 pounds
- Ability to carry up to 10 pounds
- Flexible schedule
- Successfully pass background and driving record check
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests properly
- Explain prices and the car retrieval procedure to guests
- Open hotel doors and assist with luggage
- Offer information about hotel services and local attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet ticket and conduct vehicle damage check
- Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Ensure valet area is clean and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff for smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with colleagues
- Support team during busy periods
- Follow all safety protocols
- Report accidents or incidents immediately
- Perform routine inspections of equipment
