Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to follow safety and traffic regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage
- Experience with vehicle handling or related skills preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate traffic flow
- Communicate valet procedures, information, and directions clearly with guests
- Understand and respond appropriately to customer and team member inquiries
- Monitor illegal parking and secure vehicles immediately
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Assist guests with loading and unloading
- Collect and secure guest keys
- Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
- Arrange extra support for extended wait times
- Accurately tally and split the tip pool
- Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments
- Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue
- Project currency and coin needs and reorder as necessary
- Operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely following all traffic laws and facility policies
- Work outdoors in all climates for extended periods
- Maintain a clean work area free of debris
