The Hospital Valet Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all valet operations within a healthcare setting. This position demands a unique blend of operational leadership and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered service that aligns with hospital protocols. The Hospital Valet Manager will be responsible for creating a seamless, safe, and efficient vehicle handling experience for patients, visitors, and hospital staff. This role includes leading and supervising a valet team to ensure that all operations run smoothly, maintaining adherence to hospital regulations, HIPAA compliance, and safety policies. The manager will serve as a key liaison for addressing patient and visitor concerns with professionalism and promptness. Additionally, the role involves managing daily valet workflows, conducting audits on service and operational efficiencies, handling incident reports, overseeing cash procedures, and analyzing performance metrics to implement service improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Friendly and outgoing
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in valet, hospitality, healthcare, or parking operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual transmission preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments and patient sensitivity a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in valet, hospitality, healthcare, or parking operations

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and supervise valet team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered service
  • Manage daily valet operations, including staffing schedules, traffic flow, and vehicle logistics
  • Ensure safe and efficient vehicle handling and parking procedures at all times
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient and visitor concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety policies, HIPAA awareness, and hospital regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of service standards, appearance, and operational efficiency
  • Manage incident reporting, including accidents, claims, or service disruptions
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
