Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary point of contact for valet parking and guest service inquiries
  • Collect necessary information from guests to execute requests
  • Warmly greet guests retrieving parked cars
  • Collect and accurately post payment for parking services
  • Deposit all cash receipts following established procedures
  • Direct valet parkers to retrieve vehicles
  • Monitor valet workflow and special handling instructions ensuring timely service
  • Maintain accurate control of keys for parked vehicles
  • Maintain logs, parking records, and guest preference data
  • Handle guest interactions professionally, accommodating special requests
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Assist guests with hotel services and event inquiries
