The Valet Attendant role at Parking Management Company is essential in ensuring guests receive a welcoming and professional first and last impression. This position requires delivering exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and vehicle security. Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and accurate tip reporting
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- handle challenging situations professionally and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold standards for safe and efficient parking operations
