Job Description

Towne Park is a prominent leader in the parking management industry, dedicated to providing outstanding parking services across various commercial, hospitality, and healthcare facilities. Known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Towne Park operates with a focus on hiring motivated individuals who excel in hospitality and customer service. The company values safety, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring a superior parking experience for guests and clients alike. Established with the vision to transform parking into a seamless and enjoyable part of a visitor's experience, Towne Park has become a trusted name recognized for its attentive service and industry expertise. The company offers competitive wages tailored to job-related skills, experience, education, and location, ensuring fair compensation for its employees. Employees benefit from a structured work schedule with flexible shifts, including both AM and PM options between 7AM and 11PM, which require weekend availability to meet the diverse needs of their customers.

The role of the Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is essential to maintaining this reputation for service excellence. This position involves delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests with friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency. The main responsibility includes the careful and prompt parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, ensuring safety remains a top priority at all times. The associate also assists guests with their luggage, facilitating a smooth arrival and departure experience. Beyond these duties, the role requires engaging warmly with guests, greeting them personally within close proximity, and using their last names to foster a personalized service environment. Additional responsibilities include managing guest inquiries about directions, reservations, local amenities, and transportation options. Working knowledge of parking rates and retrieval procedures is critical as associates explain these details clearly to guests upon arrival and manage all necessary ticketing and revenue collection tasks accurately. The position demands a high level of situational awareness and customer service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism in all interactions.

Towards supporting employee welfare, Towne Park offers benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and enrollment options in a 401k retirement savings plan. These benefits depend on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. It's important to note that temporary and seasonal employees do not qualify for these benefits. Given the physically demanding nature of the role, the position requires associates to be capable of performing tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing or walking for extended periods, and working under various weather conditions. These aspects are vital for maintaining high standards of guest service and safety.

Working at Towne Park involves more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a customer-focused team that thrives on delivering memorable guest experiences through dedicated service and operational excellence. This role suits individuals who enjoy an active work environment with diverse daily interactions and take pride in being ambassadors of the Towne Park brand. The pay range for this job is $13.50 to $14.81 per hour plus tips, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and competitive compensation practices.
