Job Duties
- Warmly greet all arriving guests at the valet entrance
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
- Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest's vehicle for their departure
- Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
