Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service attitude and helpful demeanor mandatory

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets

  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle challenging situations professionally and resolve problems promptly
