Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Successful completion of background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service attitude and helpful demeanor mandatory
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to communicate professionally and provide exceptional guest service
- Dependability and adherence to work schedules
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle challenging situations professionally and resolve problems promptly
- Support team members and foster a positive team environment
