Job Description

Parking Management Company (PMC) stands as a premier national provider of hospitality parking services, renowned for delivering exceptional valet parking, self-parking, and transportation solutions across the United States. Serving an extensive array of clients, including upscale hotels, resorts, prestigious healthcare facilities, fine dining restaurants, and vibrant entertainment venues, PMC has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and ultimate guest satisfaction. The company prides itself on its commitment to enhancing guest experiences through streamlined, safe, and efficient parking management, creating seamless first and last impressions for visitors. PMC’s dedication to quality and operational excellence allows it to be a trusted partner among hospitality businesses nationwide.

The Valet Parking Attendant role at PMC represents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service. Valets are often the first and final personnel guests interact with, making their role integral to the overall guest experience. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate various lifestyles and availability. Valet attendants earn competitive pay ranging from $13.00 to over $20.00 per hour, combining base wages with the tip income that directly rewards excellent service. The role is particularly suited for those who enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and thrive in dynamic social environments.

In this position, Valet Parking Attendants serve as the face of PMC at their assigned hotel, restaurant, or event locations, greeting guests warmly and ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently and safely. They assist guests with directions, luggage, and any additional requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable visit. Attention to safety is paramount; attendants conduct vehicle inspections, document existing damages, and adhere strictly to key handling protocols to prevent any liabilities. Operationally, they maintain organized and professional valet areas, contribute to daily team operations, and accurately track hours and tips. Being physically active is essential as attendants frequently stand, walk, and move swiftly to meet service demands, all while working outdoors in varying weather conditions and during peak times such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PMC supports its team members with a comprehensive benefits package available upon eligibility. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to protect employee health, a 401(k) retirement plan to help secure financial futures, and paid time off for rest and recovery. New team members receive paid training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Further educational growth is encouraged, with tuition assistance of up to $5,250 annually through Bellevue University. Employees also enjoy nationwide discounts via Perks at Work and have extensive opportunities for career advancement within PMC’s national network. The company fosters an inclusive, equal opportunity workplace that welcomes applicants of diverse backgrounds and is committed to compliance with all labor laws and ADA accommodations. Overall, the Valet Parking Attendant position is a rewarding role for individuals seeking to work in hospitality, earn competitive wages, and be part of a respected national company dedicated to excellence in guest service.
