Job Requirements
- Complete open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work under union schedule constraints
- Previous experience operating manual transmission vehicles
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Ability to pass background check including driving record
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Prior valet or driving experience
- Ability to drive stick/manual shift vehicles
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to undergo background and LiveScan checks
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
