The role of Valet Attendant at PMC is a critical customer-facing position focused on delivering exceptional service by safely and efficiently managing guest vehicles. This position represents the very first and last point of contact for guests, making the role crucial in setting a welcoming and professional tone. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, assisting with vehicle drop-off and retrieval, managing traffic flow, and addressing any guest inquiries with professionalism and care. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the last three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the company’s operational goals
  • Attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
