Job Requirements
- Must be reliable
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to jog, walk and stand for long periods (8-9 hours)
- Must be able to respond calmly and professionally to conflicts
- Must be able to project professionalism
- Neatly groomed with no visible tattoos
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Demonstrated stable and punctual work history
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval
- Ensure the safe operation of all vehicles being parked
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Interact with clients in a friendly and courteous manner
- Manage multiple vehicle types including luxury and standard vehicles
- Follow all company and regulatory policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts calmly
