Job Requirements

  • Must be reliable
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to jog, walk and stand for long periods (8-9 hours)
  • Must be able to respond calmly and professionally to conflicts
  • Must be able to project professionalism
  • Neatly groomed with no visible tattoos
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of driving experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Demonstrated stable and punctual work history
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval
  • Ensure the safe operation of all vehicles being parked
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Interact with clients in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Manage multiple vehicle types including luxury and standard vehicles
  • Follow all company and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts calmly
