About the Role: We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Valet Parking Attendant to enhance the guest experience by creating excellent first and last impressions. In this role, you will be the face of Anthony's as you greet arriving guests, safely park and retrieve their vehicles, and assist with any directions or inquiries. Maintaining smooth traffic flow and an organized parking area is essential to ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued upon arrival and departure. This position requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and a positive attitude, as well as a commitment to exceptional guest service. The Valet Parking Attendant operates with minimal supervision but plays a key role in the overall guest experience, supporting the team and upholding Anthony's high standards of hospitality.

Job Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license
Maintain a clean driving record
Be 21 or older
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in English both verbal and written
Comfortable driving all makes and models of vehicles
Able to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service is preferable
Able to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending

Job Duties

Efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles
Promote excellent customer relations by providing outstanding service with a friendly demeanor
Maintain equipment properly, keeping it clean and functional
Work independently with minimal supervision
Observe safety precautions at all times
Perform any other assigned duties
