Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Must pass background check
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to run and walk for extended periods
- Adherence to dress code and hygiene standards

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Basic understanding of safety procedures
Job Duties
- Operate, park and retrieve vehicles safely by obeying traffic laws, facility policies and pedestrian regulations
- Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety control
- Drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick) vehicles
- Work competently outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Provide excellent customer service
- Run to and from vehicle parking areas for extended periods
- Inform guests of valet options, services and hours of operation
- Assist in managing curbside traffic to prevent congestion and illegal parking
- Greet and thank guests to provide a friendly and welcoming environment
- Assist guests into and out of vehicles, including car doors and belongings
- Take initiative to meet guest needs proactively
- Keep work area clean and free of debris
- Follow dress code and hygiene guidelines
- Communicate effectively with peers and management
- Report suspicious activities or unsafe driving conditions to appropriate personnel
- Perform other related duties as assigned
