The role of Valet Attendant is a key front-of-house position responsible for providing valet parking and front door guest services. Reporting directly to the Valet Manager, this full-time or part-time role demands professionalism, safety consciousness, and superior customer service skills to ensure a smooth and positive valet experience. The Valet Attendant will operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently while complying with all traffic laws and facility policies. Essential duties include managing outdoor work in all weather conditions, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and upholding dress code and hygiene standards. This position plays a vital role in managing curbside congestion, assisting guests with their vehicles with courteous attention, and providing a friendly greeting that enhances the overall hospitality experience.

Successful candidates are skilled drivers—comfortable operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles—and possess a strong commitment to customer service. The role requires stamina as attendants must run to and from vehicle parking areas for extended periods. Attendants must be alert to suspicious or unsafe activities to uphold guest safety and report concerns promptly.
